TRIPLAN opens project office in Hamburg
Engineering services for customers in northern Germany
At the turn of the year 2018/2019, Triplan AG opened its new office in Hamburg as a trade and overall planner of process engineering plants. From here, the company will focus on process engineering projects in the chemical, petrochemical and life science sectors as well as cross-sector projects for storage and handling facilities. The office address is befitting: the ‘Ingenieurwerk’ in Wilhelmsburg. Engineers, architects, scientists, IT experts, experts and project managers pool their specialist knowledge there and – where appropriate and desired by the client – can realize projects together.
The office is headed by Dipl.-Ing. Stefan Becker (41). After working as a product developer and project manager at filter specialist Mann + Hummel and in the following years as a project manager in process engineering and power plant chemistry at technology group GE, Triplan was able to recruit Becker in March 2018 to set up the new project office in northern Germany.
“We see Hamburg as a sustainable economic driver. We can also provide more intensive support to a number of customers in northern Germany from our new office in the ‘Ingenieurwerk’ thanks to our local proximity. We will gradually increase the number of staff in our Hamburg project office,” says Stefan Becker. From the new location, Triplan offers the complete range of services; Stefan Becker is the local contact for customers and has access to the entire Triplan Group network if required, in order to have the optimum team of specialists and engineers available for specific projects. He sees his personal goal as organic project growth in the chemical, petrochemical and life science sectors, as well as for storage and handling facilities.
Triplan AG’s business includes engineering services for new construction projects and extensive expansion and optimization projects as well as tasks relating to maintenance and operational support. Triplan works closely with its customers and supports them in all project phases. For customers in northern Germany, Stefan Becker will be available in the new Hamburg office from January 2019 as a local contact for optimal support.
