We review your application documents in detail and consider all open positions that match your experience and knowledge. You will receive a first feedback from us in a timely manner.​

First interview

Your application has made us curious! That’s why we invite you to a first virtual, telephone or personal interview to get to know us. ​

Your second interview

Let’s get to know each other even better! We will invite you to a second personal inteview to clarify any unanswered questions. Following the interview, we will make an internal decision, which we will communicate to you in due time.

Onboarding

Welcome to the team! We take the topic of onboarding seriously. In addition to individual on-the-job instruction, we also offer various job-dependent training courses. During the onboarding phase you will receive ad-hoc feedback from your supervisor and at the end of the trial period a feedback meeting will take place.​
